3d visualizer not working in ESA2

I am a totally newcomer. I bought an SLESA-U9 unit and downloaded the latest ESA2 software. I am working through learning how to use it. When I try to click on 3d visualizer, a window pops open for about 1/10 of a second and then closes. Does 3d visualizer work in ESA2?

Hi Joe,
The 3D Visualiser should work in ESA2, are you using the Windows or Mac version? Maybe try and uninstall and re-install and see if that helps?
Also just double check that the 3D visualiser definitely closes and is not just hidden behind ESA2 as there is a 'always on top' button setting in 3D Visualiser that keeps the window on top even when you're using ESA2.
