Device Not Detected on Startup

I am having issues with the SLESA U9 occasionally not being detected in Windows upon startup. It works on the first try about 50% of the time. Otherwise, I get to the bootup screen for ESA2 and am given the message "0 devices detected" then asked if I'd like to start in Demo mode.

Any ideas? This is another issue that is preventing me from being able to use ESA 2 as a reliable automated solution.
