SLESA-U9 not recognized, device descriptor request failed

Hello,

No matter what I can't successfully install the driver for SLESA-U9.

I have installed the software and the driver, but when I plug the interface into a USB port after a while Windows reports that the device malfunctioned and can't be recognized. The device manager lists it as an unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed). ESA doesn't recognize it either.

This is a Windows 10 laptop. I've tried every USP port, no luck. I've also tried to install the interface on a Windows 7 desktop PC, same errors.

Please help, it's rather time sensitive, I've already spent a day trying to solve this problem.

Thank you!

greg

Hello,

I think it is a device issue, please raise a ticket for that :(
