SLESA U9 not recognized 50% of the time and crashing the rest of the time

Hi,

My SLESA U9 isn't recognized by my Mac about 70% of the time when I launch ESA2 (last version, 03/2016), or Hardware Manager. And the rest of the time, it seems to crash and the show stop (or go on the show in internal memory).
I can't erase the show, or do anything else, in internal memory form ESA2 software. It seems it's Ok from the Hardware Manager (latest version).

Any ideas?

Software ESA2 : Latest version (03/2016).
Firmware : Latest version.
MacOS X.11 El Capitan.
