interface doesn't work|windows 7 pro 64bit/fingerprint

Hi,
the SIUDU8C doesn't work in combination with a fingerprint reader. Code 38 is shown. It will be recognized if you plug it in before starting the computer but then the fingerprint reader isn't found any more. repluging doesn't work also-> code 38, must be careful.

System is windows 7 64 bit.
My notebook is a IBM Lenovo W510

We are aware of this, try this new driver...it is still in beta so be careful. Let me know how you get on.

Works fine. Can plug it in while w7 is running and it works with the fingerprint reader also. thumbs up! even with the new usb 3.0 port it is recognized!
