now I want to add it to my show but then he gives 2 different messages unable to load libriary or this page has a critical error can someone help me?

I couldn't replicate this problem when I loaded the Showtec Club 12-6 rgbwauv into Sunlite Suite 2. I sent some questions to investigate further by email.
