Dear Friends,

I have a big problem with my SIUDI 7A inteface.
The SunliteSuite 2 did not recognizes the interface and works in Demo Mode, but the Tools.exe works fine in the Test tab.

I think the problem is that the Tools.exe in the Firmware tab writes "Serial 0 Product Code:0" !!!

What i can do about it, i am from Greece and this is Urgent!

open the tools application, if your interface is detected here, update the firmware. If not:
-try a different computer
-try a different USB cable and USB socket
-try starting in bootloader mode:
power off your interface
create a shortcut on p2-p3-p4-GND ports
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware
power off your interface
remove the shortcut
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware again
A ball of foil can be used as a quick way to connect the ports

if it is still not being detected, send me a mail and I will arrange an RMA
