Getting slow in Stand alone mode

Post by wilsonwon18 »

Hi Nick,
I am using UE7 for a Show, I make a Scene with ESA2 which have some animation / moving effect on it. It was working fine in a Live Mode with PC. When i output to a UE7 device, it has a working good same as the timing step as on Live Mode. However after a few days, I found the show are running slow in a step. It means slow as a step by step. After that i re-upload the show to the device. It was back to normal. But after few day, it was happen again ( getting slow again)
How can i fix it.
My Client is complained to me many time. Please help.
Best Regards
WIlson

Hi Wilson,

This is a known problem with some time triggered scenes. The fix is to install firmware 1.24 2018-12-13.

For further help with this please start a support ticket.

Kind Regards,

Nick.
