easy view transparency

could you please insert a numberd line for the transparency so we can choose the same value that we want?,and why dont you give us a chance to decide withch element whe want to be transparent like the way we choose for textured abgect so if i have a glass obgect with aluminium profiles i can say aluminium is not transparent but the glass is!
why dont you give us also the chance to create a moving light in 3d to replace your ones i mean a tool thet can make our 3d moving light work within the real virtualization not like an obgect only!
