crazy idea: 2nd mouse or mouse->joystick emulation

I have a suggestion that may never make it into the software. With my lightshows, I am planning on using some of the live control features with a gyration gyro mouse to 'conduct' the lightshow 'live'. It would be even better to be able to use two of them and have sunlite pick up the 2nd mouse as add'l coordinates for assigning its axes to the live control. Or, to be able to get a utility to translate a 2nd mouse to joystick data for sunlite to pick it up as a joystick.

Is this even remotely possible or am I just dreaming?
