3D View turn a fixture 180 degrees

I am sure this is true in 2004 as well. Just added a Page fixture ( LED Par).

In 3D View it is pointing down into the ground. I can not work out how to turn it around 180 degrees to point upwards.

Sorry for such a simple question looked everywher and have not been able to change it

First select the fixture.

Then in the settings go to 'Location'-Tab.

Here you have the X/Y/Z-values for the locations but also the dX/dY/dZ-values for rotating the object.
