FC Dongle

Hey

I have purchased an FC dongle for about a year ago. Can I use it for the new software coming in 2009?
As I can see in the table - so I can only use it at 2006 to 2008
Have read somewhere else in the forum - there are some cases you can get the dongle swap free.
Think it's a lot of money if I have to start over with new purchases.

I am living in Denmark but have bought my dongle in the U.S. - what do I do?

What is your interface s/n? When did you purchase it (date of the invoice please)?

Hello Poul,

The cost for an exchange to SUITE2-FC product is 100 EUR if you order it before july 27th. It will be 200 EUR after this date.

I am interested...! What do I do now. Should I send my dongle to you.
I'm working - running the concerts - the last 4th July and then I keep hollyday to the 2nd August. It is important for me to return dongle before I start at the concert again.

Give me a description of what I should do and I will follow them.

I have written a few times for you. But have not heard from you ..! I have followed all your instructions you have written to me ...! transfer money and send my old dongle to you. Would you please answer my mail I sent to you.
I'm going to panic. I do not know what the status is ..! I have shows to be settled next week - but has no dongle.

I hope you'll send my new dongle Express or other form of emergency transportation. Pay the extra cost of course.
