So, are you all out at Frankfurt? How about some attention to 'old' users...?

Let me start by stating I think this software is great.
I am using it for about a year and the only downfalls are the occasional crashes and the few bugs and issues still unsolved...
Though I have managed to work around some of the problems, they should still should be addressed and solved.

I don't want to sound rude, but I feel the response rate to (my) messages and issues is not in line with the professionalism I expected from SL.

I am operating SL in a professional setup that can not tolerate other than prompt and practical response and support to any issues regarding problems in the software.
