Problem with Software not seeing STICK

My computer sees my new STICK and I know the drivers installed correctly because I used the tools.exe to update the firmware to 1.13 However, When I start up the sunlite suite it says that there is no dmx device detected and immediately switches to demo mode. Any ideas?
