mouse problem using x-y windows controls

In the last days I installed sunlite on vista, but I immediately noticed a problem using the x-y windows to move some moving heads. When I select one fixture the mouse disappears and I can't control anything. Do I have to change something in the mouse option in the control panel?

Our software is not compatible with the "Aero" style of Windows VISTA. Make sure you select another style.
