sunlite suite 2

anyone know when this new software will be available? anyone knows what are going to be the differences between the new software and suite 2006? i just bought a sl1024fc, and i know i wont be able to use it with suite 2. I just want to know if its worth it to buy the new interface so i can use the new software.
i use about 40 fixtures spot 575w, no matrix leds or screens.
