Sunlite not recognize the interface

From one day to the other, I came out a sign that said I had to update the firmware q "sudi 5" and sunulite ceased to recognize the interface. I updated the "sudi 5", and now I do not get that poster to update, but still not recognized sunlite interface. I thought that was integrated damaged. then execute "Tools" again and using the option to "test" I found that if it works, it just does not recognize sunlite. Reinstall all drivers, soft, etc. .. tried in other pc with other operating systems and had no positive results. what should I do? is quite urgent .. I need it. thank you very much!
