Re: Time clock running slow in Demo Mode

Hi Robin, I have had 2 other reports of scene time running slower in ESA2 compared to real time. It seems to be around 15% slower. I am struggling to reproduce this problem using Nicolaudie computers. Are you still having this problem? If so, can you please use CPU-Z to give me information about you...

Re: Stick DE3 : Scene convert from ESA to ESA2

Hi Mia, Unfortunately, it's not possible to read .arc files with ESA2. When you press the read memory button in ESA2 it will look for a .dlm file on the SD card. There is not one there so it will show this error message. If you wish to use ESA2 you will have to create a new show from scratch. If you...

Re: Fade times and wait times.

Hi Ofer,

Did you tick the fade checkbox next to each scene in the scenes panel? Please see attached image. Without this the scenes will change instantly from one to another.

Re: Sunlite Suite 2 MIDI Clock not work correctly

Hi Vladimir, Thank you for your email. This is not something I have seen. - Have you tried this with a very simple show. For example, with one light going on and off. I am wondering if it is a performance problem due to a complex show or a slow computer? - What system are you running? e.g. i3 8100, ...

Re: Time clock running slow in Demo Mode

Hi Robin, It sounds like you're using ESA2 because you mention steps. ESA Pro works with timelines and not steps. I have had one other report of live playback taking longer on a PC with ESA2 than in should but I have been unable to replicate it so far. Please download the latest version of ESA2 to s...

Re: Easypro not reading extentions .sdp .sdv

Hi Benejamin, .sdp .sdv are the raw showfiles which are not readable by ESA Pro. You will need the original .arc file used to write the show or .dlm if it was written using ESA2. Earlier versions of our software did not automatically save the showfile to the SD card. So, success depends on which ver...

Re: Previous file

Hi Fracham, You could try the 'Read' button on the Standalone Tab tab in the latest version of ESA2. This will not retrieve the show file itself because the Suite2-EC has limited memory and cannot store all of the data from the showfile such as scene names, patch grid etc. But it may import the scen...

SIUDI-7A / Non-Ethernet Suite2-FC/FC+ compatibility with firmware 1.24

Hi Sunlite Users, Important Information: Older Suite2-FC/FC+ models which do not include an Ethernet port (i.e. SIUDI-7A hardware) are not compatible with firmware 1.24. Unfortunately, this can not be fixed due to the slower processor in the 7A model when compared to the 7B (Ethernet port model). If...
