Unfortunately the DE3 doesn't have an option to add a WIFI password.

One work around could be that you could disable ethernet from the triggering menu in the STICK DE3.

I think you may be missing the scroll bar to the right of the timeline? It scrolls down to the fixtures that are hidden due to size restrictions.

Point a) A blackout is DMX 0, you can create this by putting an empty scene into ESA Pro.

Point b) Unfortunately your last call idea is not possible in ESA Pro.

Unfortunately there is no way remove the DEMO from the device list in the current app. I have logged this with the developers and we will see if we can add the option for it to be removed in future releases.
