At the moment it only works with RGB, but we're planning to integrate color temperature mixing to the GU2 later this year. This will come as a firmware and software update and we'll announce this in our forum and newsletter.

This is not possible in stand alone mode unless you put each channel into a different area (however there are a maximum of 10 areas)

Hi There It could be that the STICK has gotten confused after a firmware or show file update. -format the memory card in the computer -reset the settings from the STICKs internal menu (hold the on off button for 3 seconds to access this, then scroll to the bottom) -connect the memory card -download ...

Perhaps the SD card has become dislodged during shipping. Take it out and try to connect the STICK. Is it detected then?

If the program was made in the last year or 2, the SD card should contain a .arc file which is a backup of the file you can open with ESA Pro

If the pan/tilt is working fine then this isn't a problem with the controller rather your DMX dimmer. One thing you could try is to change the DMX timings of the BC. -open hardware manager (found in the Suite2 software directory) -go to the DMX input/output tab -you'll see a combo box on the right. ...
