Hi Andy, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the 3D visualiser. Can you please let me know about your system? e.g. 1) Are you on PC or Mac? 2) Which operating system? 3) Model and specs of computer. The 3D visualiser requires OpenGL 3.1 support. We are aware that there is an issue with some ...

Re: Required computer specs in many Universes
Hi, I think you're starting to hit the limit of how many fixtures Sunlite Suite 2 can handle on your CPU with acceptable performance using 5760. Are you able to lower the number? Not all of the code in Sunlite Suite 2 is optimised for multi-core processors which, I'm guessing, is why you're seeing l...

Re: How to send a MIDI "Program Change" from Suite 2
Hi Morten, I looked at the specification of the Midi Program Change command and I am sorry but it does not seem possible to send a Level as it only uses 2 bytes. Program Change is a two byte command unlike most others which are three bytes in length. Byte 1) the code for Program Change and the MIDI ...

Re: copy scene between areas -
Hi,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no way to copy scenes between areas because the lights and mappings can be completely different in each area. We will think about this feature for a future version.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Sunlite Suite 3
Hi Stephenrolah,
Unfortunately, we don't have any relationship with Realizzer so we can't offer a discount. Our software can work with Realizzer because Sunlite Suite 2 can output DMX via Artnet which Realizzer understands. We provide no support for Realizzer.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: easy remote and standalone
Hi there, Does your SLESA-UE7 interface use the SIUDI-7A or a SIUDI-7B hardware? You can tell the model because the 7A does not have a network port (i.e. RJ45 input) and uses a miniSD card (i.e. not the smaller microSD). The 7A is the older model, whereas the 7B is the current model. If you have the...

Hi Morten, Thank you for your question and my apologies for the delay. >How can I create a set of buttons/scenes/EasyShows or other elements in Suite 2 for > each song so that each sends a MIDI Program change command with a different Level > value? Let's focus on sending Program Change midi commands...

Hi, @Stephenrolah I am sorry we won't be updating the 3D Visualiser in Sunlite Suite 3 but you are welcome to use Realizzer with our software for improved rendering and effects. @cbabbman It's now looking like we'll have a public beta version of Sunlite Suite 3 available in September. A few select p...

Re: DMX input config for wings vioso !
Hi, Thank you for your message. I am sorry, we weren't aware that our Suidi-8A was being used with Wings Vioso. We supply a development kit for this hardware so we assume Vioso will have written an interface for our device to communicate with the software. I recommend you contact them to ask if they...

Hi,
Thank you for the photos of this method of triggering bootloader mode on interfaces that don't have bootloader pins on the PCB.
Another simpler method is to use aluminium foil which can be found in most kitchens.
Kind Regards,
Nick.
