Re: Easy Remote >34 Text Element and Text on Buttons issues
Hi, Thank you for your messages. I have managed to replicate the problem today with another customer's Sunlite Suite 2 console file (.csl2) and Easy Remote for Android. I have reported the bug to our developer to fix. We have a new version due for release in the next month or so which will hopefully...

Re: Easy Remote >34 Text Element and Text on Buttons issues
Hi, Thank you for your message. I tried to reproduce the problem by building a console in the Console Editor with 55 text labels + 35 buttons. The text labels all showed up in Easy Remote. Sorry, I can not replicate the issue. Could you please save your console in the Console Editor (.csl2 file) and...

Re: 1 ch at 16bit? is it possible?
Hi Tiziano, Welcome to the forum. Which fixture are you trying to use? And which channels are 16bit? Does it already exist in the Scan Library? Many fixtures use 16 bit (2 channels) for fine control and ESA2 is designed to use this in many cases. For example, most moving heads use micro channels for...

Re: Scripting
Hi there, I don't have any experience with Beyond, but I can see that it is compatible with Midi commands, in a similar way to Sunlite Suite 2. I would focus on this as a way of triggering scenes, cycles or switches. You can find a section on Midi commands for Sunlite Suite 2 here ... https://www.ni...

Re: Question about STICK-KE1
Hi Denis,
You can write a completely empty scene to a button (i.e. there is no need for a static black).
And, as I mentioned before, hold a scene button for 4 seconds to engage 'Black out' mode. I don't know of any other ways.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Hardware HELP
Hi, Thank you for your question. The STICK-DE3 comes with a power adaptor so it is not necessary to buy a separate one. The only hardware you should need are the lights themselves and cables to connect them. Some lights, such as RGBs, don't include DMX drivers built-in, so these also need to be purc...

Re: Stick KE1 Operation Question
Hi J, There is a setting to force a fade time between scenes. 1) Open HardwareManager and plug your StiCK-KE1 into a USB port. 2) Go to the Settings tab. 3) Enable 'Scene Fade', 'Force Scene Fade' and set a Time duration for the fade. 4) Press store settings. If you want your scenes to fade to off, ...

Re: Question about STICK-KE1
Hi Denis,
Thank you for your message.
If you hold a scene button for 4 seconds, you should see the scene turn off.
You could also write an empty show to a button if you want a quicker way to turn your lights off.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: "Generate" FX Scene Fails in Scene Builder
Hi, Thank you for reporting this bug. We are due to fix it in the next release of ESA2 which will hopefully be in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, there is a temporary fix you can do, though it will take up more memory on your device. The bug is caused by compression being applied to the c...

Re: Devices behave erratically upon disconnect
Hi Mike, Thank you for your message. When you unplug the SLESA-U9 from USB power, it will turn off and stop sending DMX. The only power on the device is a battery that is responsible for keeping the clock time. I suspect that your fixtures or fixture decoder (which may be built into your fixtures) a...
