Hi Pperpot,

Thank you for your excellent bug report. I managed to replicate it by watching your video and copying each click. I have reported this to our developer platform for the bug to be fixed.

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Re: Calendar - two scenes at the same time?

Hi Kurt, Thank you for your showfile. > Does the "Stop" field need to be checked to make sure the Off command releases control once it has run? Yes. Explanation below. The showfile looks good except for one small error. On your Overrides layer, you must check the stop checkbox for your Off...

Re: hardware for 3 universes

Hi, Which hardware have you got? For example, is it a Suite2-FC or FC+? If so, the hardware (called SIUDI-7B) will look identical to that for the SLESA-UE7 shown in the datasheet below. https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaudie-eu-litterature/Release/siudi_7b_datasheet_en.pdf You can see the 3 pin a...

Re: Total Begginner

Hi Ian, > can I use the forum for this or would you prefer me to speak to sales? The forum is a good place to talk about your project. Others, with experience of wiring up similar setups, may wish to chip in and you could benefit from that. If you need answers to specific questions about our control...

Re: Calendar - two scenes at the same time?

Hi Kurt, Thank you for your message. Your setup should work. It could be a bug with the negative value. You could try setting up the white global scene to trigger at exactly sunset everyday (i.e. no negative value) and then then set the override scene to trigger at +1 minute. Does this fix it? I wou...

Re: How work Autosave?

Hi, Any changes you make to a show are automatically saved as you work and finally saved on exit. There is not a way to disable this - it's just how Sunlite works. If you wish to save a backup, in it's current state, and work on a new version, go to 'Open > Save Show' and create a duplicate. This is...

Re: Sunlite-BC upgradeability

Hi Bretthays,

> Does full suite include artnet?

No, it does not. You would need to purchase each Artnet universe for $99. Like 128 channel upgrades, Artnet universe upgrades can be used with Sunlite Suite 2 and 3.

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Re: DMX Thru

Hi Asaini,

The Stick-KE1 can not understand DMX as an input or pass it through.

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?

Re: Sunlite-BC upgradeability

Hi Bretthays, Yes absolutely. You would need to buy the following SUT upgrades for your Sunlite-BC for 1 universe and midi support in SS3 ... 2 x 128 channels - Live = $58 (these work regardless of what Nicolaudie software is connected) Sunlite Suite 3 full mode = $89 (midi support in SS3) However, ...

Re: Dongle Compatibility?

Hi,

I am sorry Sunlite Suite 2 will only work with Nicolaudie Group controllers such as the Suite2-BC, Suite2-EC, Suite2-FC, Sunlite-BC, Sunlite-EC, and SUT compatible controllers.

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Re: EasyShow with Sushi

Hi Joe,

Which version of Sunlite Suite are you using? (i.e. Suite 2, 31 Sept 2017)

Do you have a Full Mode license or an Express license? You can check this using HardwareManager.

Easy Show is only available with Full Mode.

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Re: timing ansver

Hi, Thank you for your question about calendar triggering. The most common reason for time triggers not starting at the correct time is an incorrect time on the interface itself. Set the correct time -------------------------- 1) Load HardwareManager which is included with ESA2 2) Connect your inter...
