Re: Suite3.exe not terminating correctly

Hi Chris, I tried replicating the problem with the latest beta build (24th May 2018 at time of writing) and found that Sunlite Suite 3 was exiting correctly. If anyone else has this problem, please report it with the Suite3 version date and showfile you were using at the time. Kind Regards, Nick.

Re: Compatibility

Hi Mike, We appreciate your feedback. If your Suite2-FC/+ boxes are older than 1st Jan 2017 we will offer you a great upgrade discount on Sunlite Suite 3 devices when comparable ones become available. Re: EASY REMOTE CONNECTION OVER INTERNET

Hi Mick,

I am sorry Easy Remote is not designed to connect to Sunlite Suite 2/3 over the internet. It is only designed to connect over a local area network. This is because it uses broadcast messages for discovery and these messages do not travel through a router or VPN.

Kind Regards,

Nick

Re: Sunlite (Dac-OS)

Hi, Our DMX controllers that worked with Sunlite 2002 were 32 bit and unfortunately we do not have any drivers that are compatible with 64bit operating systems like Windows 10 (64bit). You will need to either continue using an old operating system like Windows 2000 or XP. Or you upgrade your interfa...

Re: CSL2 Syntax

Hi djdad,

Do you mean the SSL2 syntax? SSL2 files are encrypted and can only be read by software such as Sunlite and the Scan Library Editor. Are you looking for help understanding the Scan Library Editor?

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Re: Internal clock out of sync?

Hi RosellaSuism, If your scenes are not triggering at the correct time it could be because your interface is not holding the correct time. Often this is caused by a faulty LIR2032 battery. You can test this using the method below. Test your dmx interface is holding time : 1) Set the time in Hardware...

Re: Time clock running slow in Demo Mode

Hi Robin, Thank you for the extra information. You say that the problem does not happen in the older version. Do you mean Easy Stand Alone - Mar 23 2015 ? (See attached image of About screen) From your description, I believe the version you are experiencing problems with is Easy Standalone dated 23/...

Re: Time clock running slow in Demo Mode

Hi Robin, I have had 2 other reports of scene time running slower in ESA2 compared to real time. It seems to be around 15% slower. I am struggling to reproduce this problem using Nicolaudie computers. Are you still having this problem? If so, can you please use CPU-Z to give me information about you...

Re: Stick DE3 : Scene convert from ESA to ESA2

Hi Mia, Unfortunately, it's not possible to read .arc files with ESA2. When you press the read memory button in ESA2 it will look for a .dlm file on the SD card. There is not one there so it will show this error message. If you wish to use ESA2 you will have to create a new show from scratch. If you...

Re: Fade times and wait times.

Hi Ofer,

Did you tick the fade checkbox next to each scene in the scenes panel? Please see attached image. Without this the scenes will change instantly from one to another.
