Re: Time Trigger

Hi Stan, Which hardware interface are you using? For example, a SLESA-U8? > Software ignores trigger time and just run's. Are you outputting DMX in live mode (i.e. interface connected to software) and trying to get ESA2 to trigger a scene? The time triggers are only used when the interface is runnin...

Hi, > It is possible to connect several devices in Master-slave mode to increase the number of universes? This is possible with the SLESA-UE7. See page 2 of the SIUDI-7B datasheet: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaudie-eu-litterature/Release/siudi_7b_datasheet_en.pdf And the section called 'Sync...

Re: remote correction

Hello, The SLESA-UE7, Stick-KE1 / KE2 and Stick-DE3 all contain microSD cards. Using ESA Pro, it's possible to write a new show to a folder on your PC, copy the contents to a microSD and post it. It's important to make sure that the microSD meets the specifications that the controllers can read. Che...

Re: Multiple universes

Hi Pavlov, It's not possible to output more than 2 DMX universes (1024 channels) from a STICK controller running in Standalone mode. While it's possible to sychronise more than 1 STICK controller over a network, this does not give you more universes. This function synchronises the areas so that each...

Re: Stick KE1 Firmware Issue

Hello, I am sorry you have experienced these problems. The XHL-Nap problem, since updating to 1.21, is most likely the cause of the problems you describe. This problem happens with a small number of interfaces and can be solved by starting a support ticket here. https://store.nicolaudie.com/signin P...

Re: Easy Show for Sunlite Basic Class?

Hi Mike, Is this is Sunlite-BC or a Suite2-BC? You can check in HardwareManager. If Sunlite-BC, you can upgrade at https://store.dmxsoft.com/. The software upgrade cost, at the time of writing, is $49 + local taxes. If Suite2-BC, it's not possible to upgrade this via software as it is not SUT compat...

Hi there, > I would like to know if the port behind the Stick-GU2 may be connected to a sunrise detector to trigger a scene ? You can map a scene to be triggered by the port on the Stick-GU2. Re: Multiple universes

Hi,

The SLESA-U9 will only output 256 channels on a single universe.

For 2 universes in standalone mode you will need a SLESA-UE7.

Kind Regards,

Nick.
