Re: Calendar - two scenes at the same time?

Hi, Triggering two scenes at the same time in the same area is not possible. Which scene the controller chooses to prioritise is unpredictable. However, there is a solution. It is possible to trigger 2 different scenes in different areas and give priority using the Alphabetic mode. 1) Set your inter...

Guide for Submitting Bugs

Hi, I understand bugs can be frustrating ! We love fixing them but first we need to reproduce them. Unfortunately Windows crash dumps are not helpful. With that in mind, I have written a sample bug report below to show you the best way to report them. The ------------------------------------ Example...

Re: Move the head scene in the room

Hi kristall35, It depends if you have use absolute dmx values or palette positions to program your light movements. Palettes allow you to store variables for your lights positions which can be changed very easily. This prevents you from having to reprogram entire effects every time you want to move ...

Re: Assorted crashes from this month

Hi Kiike, Thank you for the crash dumps. Unfortunately they're not very useful in tracking down bugs. 1) Please make sure you're using the latest version of Sunlite Suite 2 beta. https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaudie-eu-software/Release/sun_suite2Beta.exe 2) Can you replicate the crash? If you c...

Re: Why you should re-add Easy-Show

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback and I understand your concerns. I have passed this onto our development team for their consideration. The decision to exclude Easy Show has been made, but it may be possible to add some of the missing features into cycles.

Kind Regards,

Nick.

Hi HCG,

My apologies, I realise I missed a solution for reversing the play direction of an effect.

Re: beginner troubles

Hi HCG, Thank you for your message. I see you have single channel fixtures patched which limits some of the effects you can do in ESA Pro. For example, Color Mixing effects are not available for single channel fixtures, but Static, Gradient and Curve effects can be used. You can also use Matrix effe...

Re: Problem with micro pan/tilt when limiting the area

Hi mikachu and Alex, I hope you had a good Christmas. I have now replicated this problem both in Sunlite Suite 2 and 3 and have reported it on our bug reporting system to fix. The problem occurred when the X/Y grid is restricted only and it happens in both the 3D viewer and in reality when connected...

Re: choppy playback of curve effect after export from scenebuilder

Hi HCG, Please see attached image to see the settings I used to create the curve. > if I want to reverse the direction of an effect, how would I do that? You would need to invert the order of the steps once they're created. I am sorry, unfortunately ESA2 does not have that feature. Kind Regards, Nick.
