Hello I have dongle FC2 - upgraded firmware to version 1.5. I have installed new software Suiet2. When the software is started up - I can not see my dongle is present - only demo mode ... :-). But - can look at the LED on the dongle that works ... I've tried to check settings on Suiet2, but also can...

I have tested my dongle FC2 on 4 different computer.
With XP and Vista - but the same error occurs on every computer.
None of the computer is 64 bit only 32 bits.

Hi Has been seen to the problem of firmware, hardware or driver on FC2. I know of say in working to resolve this error, but I have a dongle is useless ......! I have to rent lighting controls every week end, to my concert ....! I have no other options. It costs me some money and am very disappointed...
