Hi Nick, I have downloaded the latest version driver and the SW. please find the screenshot attached. hardware manager does not recognise the device either. I cant create repair because I can not locate the serial number.. I got the unit at PL&S 2016 Exhibition in Frankfurt. waiting for your kin...
