Does this mean the stick has to be mounted to a wall and cannot be mounted horizontally (like in a table top)? We have one mounted in a table and it seemt to randomly select colours, not respond to controls,... Het back pcb and connections are safely tucked away inside the table and can't be touched...

So the panel will never work when installed horizontally, even when it's installed in a desk, with no way of touching the back or the wires?
