Ok, haha....I was overthinking all of it. I was thinking the position wizard was to actually tell the software how the fixture was oriented and that it would affect things such as moving head positions and patterns.

Simon; so you can't setup a midi controller so that you can use a pad or key as a flash button? If you want to have a button for flashing the strobes you have to use a keyboard?

I really want to be able to use MTC to sync my lights up to the music being played by our dj. The problem is that his software, Serato, does not generate and send MTC as far as I'm aware.
