How do i change my password? unfortunately there seems to be NO info either online nor in the manuals? any help would be appreciated!

Is it possible to program a show with suite 1 on a 64 bit computer and then use that show on a 32 bit system?

Our touch screen on our win 7 machine went sour. I have a new sys but its a win8 OS. Is there anything I need to know before switching over? is there a firmware update? can we go back to win 7 after the firmware update? any other info would be helpful.

I am making a easytime effect where 2 led movers go back and forth across a mirror. I have it set up fine however when i change the timing of it, to make it faster, it also changes the start point of the effect which of courses messes up the scene. How can I stop this from happening?

I need to delete some groups in the fixtures page. In the video tutorial it shows that you can delte them by right clicking and clicking on delete, however that is not an option in my version of SS2. How can I delete groups?
