I'm using a BCF-2000,
with has Feedback for the Motorized faders, led's on the Knobs and Led's on the switches and it all works out-of-the-box without any problem.

Did you check if the midi-out is setup right in Sunlite ?

i'm sorry for my late response,
with a paperclip i have did the trick.

i'ts completely working fine here.

Hello, I have downloaded the lasted version of sunlight 2 ( 16 feb 2012 ) and upgrading my firmware (1.0.7) to 1.08 ( Jan 27 2012 ) does'nt work. I have try'ed 2 diffent machines, with windows XP 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit, But both are not updating the firmware. When i start the tools application ...

I have found the problem, it was a hardware problem.

The Stroboscoop make's some noise on the 230V supply of the midicontroller,
so the usb communication was disconnected sometimes, changing phase of the stroboscoop was the solution !

and another problem with the BCF-2000: In the all the versions in about 5 to 60 minutes the communication between the midicontroller and the software disconnect ( i can't find any diconnect message's ). the midi controller don't respond, and there is no feedback. on all versions until the last build...

I'm using Sunlite Suite 2 with the BCF-2000, and when i add a 'select button' function to any hardware button on my midi controller the software crashes.
it's in all the versions of sunlite 2, including the last built ( 3 nov ).
